Are the classes live or pre recorded?
All the classes will be live and interactive.
Will you provide notes and study materials?
Yes. The running notes and all the related study material will be provided.
How will you assess the student?
Quizzes and questions will be asked in every class and report will be sent to the parents on weekly basis.
There will also be a test after completion of a chapter through which students performance will be assessed.
Will I get permanent tutor or will the tutor be changing for every chapter?
Yes. A permanent tutor will be assigned to a student after a demo class. The tutor will be assigned to a student only after the consent of student and parents.
Is the demo class free?
Yes. All our demo classes are free.
Is it necessary to turn on the video during class?
No, but if tutor asks to turn on video then student would have to.
How will the classes be scheduled and managed?
After the demo class and based on the interest of the student/parents, a WhatsApp group will be made and days and timings of the class will be scheduled.
On which platform the classes would happen?
Tutor generally uses three platforms - ZOOM, Google Meet and Microsoft teams. Based on comfort of student, a platform will be chosen.
How do you maintain transparency of the classes?
All the conversation will happen only in the WhatsApp group and no personal chat would be responded from tutor.
This will help parents know what's happening in the class.
For group classes, how will the group be made?
After an individual demo class with student, tutor will analyse students performance and based on the that, students of same level will be clubbed to form a group.After finalizing students, a WhatsApp group will be made with students and parents of all the students. Thereon all class related conversation would happen only in the WhatsApp group.
When will the fees be collected?
At the end of the month.
Will I be able to switch from group class to individual and vice-versa?
Yes. But it also depends on the availability of tutor and group size.
Will a student be able to talk to tutor for asking doubts?
Yes, students can call or WhatsApp the tutor and ask doubts.
